Toll Free Vanity Numbers
Search any word, get an available toll free number for $49 one time, and own it with no strings.
A toll free vanity number is one of the most powerful and unforgettable marketing tools of all time. It says who you are, what you do, and how to reach you all at once. It's the front door to your customers, and a toll free vanity number is the perfect busy intersection address that your customers never forget.
Toll free numbers are more searchable than local numbers, but that's also why it's harder to get the obvious generic terms, because the whole country has been searching that same way for decades. You're competing against so many more businesses, and they can be expensive, for the same reasons they're so valuable.
We've helped more customers get memorable toll free vanity numbers over the last 30 years than anyone. We are not just a RespOrg, we built and maintain the industry leading site for all RespOrgs, Resporgs.com. For 30 years we have searched, reserved, released, transferred, and set up toll free numbers ourselves, with no middleman in the way. When you find a number here, we can act on it fast.
Get one in three steps
- Search a word. Type it in the search box at the top of any page. Be creative! Search the word by itself and it tries all the small words in front of it for you, then gives you a list to pick from. Here's how to search like a pro.
- Click a green number. Green means AVAILABLE, for a one time fee of $49. Enter your initial ring to number and your basic customer information. You'll get a receipt right away and the full documentation the following day, generally before noon.
- Own it. You get free temporary service for the first 30 days or 100 minutes, then a year of free parking while you transfer it to any toll free service you want. It's yours with no strings, so you can't be held hostage.
What toll free numbers cost
Everything here is a one time price unless it says monthly.
- Available numbers: $49. Most of the available toll free numbers, in every area code except 800.
- Random 800 numbers: $99. There are no available 800 numbers any more, but you can pick from a small list of random 800 numbers, just plain numbers, nothing premium or vanity.
- Premium numeric numbers: $99 to $1,995. A few nice numeric numbers in four levels, 1 star to 4 star. See them on the premium numbers page.
- Backorders: $395 to $995, based on the area code, and you only pay if we're able to get it. How backorders work.
- Vendor numbers: usually thousands. The blue Requestable numbers are with other vanity number vendors. It's free to ask, with no obligation, and I'll come back with a real price.
- Rent to own: $99 a month for toll free, through a vendor partner. Every payment goes toward owning it, and after 72 payments it's yours. Should you rent a vanity number?

If the one you want isn't available
Most of the almost 56 million toll free numbers are already in use, so the first number you think of usually is too. You may have to get a little more creative, just like you did for your domain name, but there are still many good options available for $49.
- Tap Prefix on any row to see close versions that are available now.
- Tap Notify, and we'll email you if its status changes. Notify me is free.
- Phone numbers don't get jealous, so you can start with the best one that's available now and still keep after the perfect one.
Here's every way to still get a number someone else has, why some numbers aren't for sale at any price, and can I pay you to get it?
The seven toll free area codes
Toll free numbers are essentially the nationwide numbers of the US and Canada. A toll free number works everywhere, with the full family of prefixes behind it: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, and 833. Your calls ring wherever you want them to, on whatever phone you choose.
- 800, the original, since 1967. None are available; they get taken within seconds when they come out. Random 800s are $99, and nice ones are on the premium page.
- 888, since 1996.
- 877, since 1998.
- 866, since 2000.
- 855, since 2010.
- 844, since 2013.
- 833, since 2017. Nearly 16,000 833s left over from the 833 auction are still on an indefinite hold.
They all work exactly the same way, and they're all free for the caller. See how many spare numbers are left in each one, updated weekly, at Resporgs.com.
